Can I have my pictures retouched?
Yes, all images receive a general retouch free of charge and if you have any specific requirements I will be happy to discuss this with you.
Colour, Sepia, or black and white, how is that decided?
All your images will be shot in colour. Your images will then be edited and then I will present the best images from your wedding Day in all three formats for you to view and choose from.
Is it possible to order Parent and mini albums for an extra charge although they are not included in our wedding suite?
Yes, I provide a very flexible service and I strive to give you exactly what you desire.
Can we or our families buy framed pictures from the wedding day?
Yes. I offer an extensive selection of products with different sizes, finishes and frames for your wedding photographs.
Do you shoot with digital or film cameras?
I always shoot digital. This allows for greater flexibility on your wedding day and also in the design of your album.
Do you carry backup equipment?
Yes. Backup gear is a necessity when photographing once-in-a-lifetime events, we will be carrying four cameras and two full sets of lens with us at all times.
What happens if we want to cancel our booking?
I require a phone call and a letter or e-mail confirming that the booking is to be cancelled. The booking deposit is non-refundable.
How many weddings do you cover on a day?
We only do one wedding per day and don't take double bookings.
Can we change the date of our booking?
This is subject to my availability. To transfer your booking date I will require written confirmation.
Do you charge travel expenses?
I don't charge for travel mileage for wedding in country Galway. If for some reason due to locations we need to bring two cars milage costs may then be charged, if this is the case you will informed at the time. Travel milage for weddings outside county Galway may be charged, this can be discussed before signing a contract.
What if I want you to photographer for longer after the first dance?
It is sometimes possible for my assistant and I to work after the first dance at an extra cost, this would have to be pre-arranged before the wedding day.
